BIM Services Overview:
Building Information Modeling (BIM) enables all project stakeholders to collaborate on a single, intelligent 3D model across design and construction, improving coordination, cost control, and build certainty.
Our BIM services span all disciplines (Architectural, Structural, MEP) and project phases, using industry-leading tools and ISO 19650-aligned Common Data Environments to deliver accurate, data-driven outcomes.
Our end-to-end BIM solutions include:
1. Multi-Discipline Modeling:
Detailed 3D BIM for architecture, structure, and all MEP systems. We model to the required Level of Development (LOD) so design details and shop drawings are accurate for permit and construction documents.
2. Clash Detection & Coordination
We perform iterative clash detection using tools like Navisworks or Solibri. Detected interferences among trades are documented in a clash matrix report to prioritize and resolve conflicts early. This proactive coordination minimizes on-site rework and keeps the schedule on track.
3. CAD-to-BIM & Scan-to-BIM Conversion
CAD-to-BIM & Scan-to-BIM Conversion transforms legacy 2D drawings, PDFs, and point-cloud data into accurate, intelligent as-built BIM models. Using field-verified laser scans and coordinated modeling, we deliver a reliable digital foundation for renovations, extensions, and retrofit projects — minimizing risk and rework from day one.
4. BEP-Aligned Delivery
We execute BIM tasks strictly according to the client’s BIM Execution Plan (BEP). Rather than creating the BEP itself, we focus on implementing it – delivering models, coordination data, and documentation per its requirements. Our team becomes an extension of yours, aligning with your workflows and standards.
5. As-Built Modeling & Updates
We continuously update the BIM as construction progresses on site. Final as-built models reflect actual built conditions and include COBie/FM data for handover. These models become valuable for facility management, renovation planning, and lifecycle cost analysis.
6. 4D Scheduling & 5D Cost
We link the model to time (4D) and cost data (5D). This enables construction sequencing simulations and quantity take-offs early on. Clients can visualize project phasing and get reliable cost estimates long before breaking ground.
