2. Reinforced Concrete & Rebar Detailing

Produce rebar placement drawings and bar bending schedules (BBS) for footings, slabs, beams, etc. Follow ACI 315/318, BS 8666, Eurocode 2 for code compliance

3. MEP Detailing (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing)

Provide detailed 2D/3D MEP drawings for HVAC, piping, fire protection, electrical systems. Follow ASHRAE, SMACNA, NFPA, NEC, IPC, and local standards.

4. Precast Concrete Detailing

Detail shop drawings for off-site cast components like panels, beams, slabs, staircases. Specify dimensions, reinforcement, and embedded items with connection details for site assembly. Follow PCI, ACI 318, Eurocode, and local standards.

5. Architectural Detailing
